How this works. These rules ship as hardcoded defaults in shared/olivia-shared-rules.mjs. When you save text here, it overrides the hardcoded default for every dealer tenant — try-olivia, public hotline, eBrochure chat, dealer website chat all inherit. Clear a field (or click "Reset to default") to drop the override and fall back to the shipped code. The empty state is identical to "what the code says today."
